How does your model make predictions?

Every fight is scored by an ensemble of 5 independent models — two graph neural networks, a fighting-style cluster matrix, a random forest and a logistic regression — that vote separately before being blended into a single calibrated win probability. They read 116 engineered features per matchup — striking volume and accuracy, grappling, control time, durability, physical edges, activity and layoff, and career trajectory — derived from about 1.2 million individual measurements across more than 41,000 round-by-round records and expanded into roughly 2.3 million model inputs. Weight class and gender are inputs to every model, a further two-model ensemble predicts how long the fight will last, and each prediction uses only information that existed before the fight.
